Week Weight-loss Challenge
Update, June 6— I figured out the
prize for the winners, male and female. I'll write a newspaper article
about you and put it in the Oak Hill Gazette. Along with head
shots (photos). Like Kenny Maines said, "They're gonna get their names
in the paper tomorrow."
Update, May 28— Rich signed up as a
late entry but reported a 2 pound weight loss May 21, as he had started
a weight loss program on his own. Kem's not sure she can hang in. Going
to the gym with a bad leg is tough.
Update, May 26— Remember, the next
weigh-in is May 28, Monday. Last week, Norm led all males with three
pounds lost and Bobbi and Nancy both came in at -2. Good start.
Update May 24—
Kem's back in. She told me yesterday she went to the gym, despite her
bad leg. She's a warrior.
Update May 21—
Today is the second weigh-in day. Tomorrow I'll post a sheet in the
break room and you can post your loss or gain. (-2, 0, +1, whatever it
is).
For example, I lost two pounds since last Monday so I'll put -2. That
way nobody has to know exactly how much anyone weighs.
Again, that sheet will be in the break room or you can text me at
512-363-6181 or email me at mail@mikeeagan.com.
Update— Here are the nine contestants (Kem had to dropout due to
injury—May 24 note: Kem's back):
1) Alice DeFalco
2) Bobbi
3) Mike Eagan
4) Carshana Baker
5) Nancy Rodriquez
6) Norm Ferguson
7) Tammie Melber
8) Mark K.
9) Jose
10) Kem
Update—You should weigh in May 14th. Or as soon as possible. Then on
May 21st,
the next Monday, just report your loss or gain or maintain. In other
words, -1, -2, 0, or... god forbid... +2. That way, you don't have to
tell me how much you weigh.
UPDATE!!!!—It's May 14th, so weigh
in today. And then send me an email
(mail@mikeeagan.com).
